FAQ

  • Pelvic Health Support is a good fit if you’re dealing with ongoing or unresolved symptoms related to pelvic health, hormones, or sexual health—and you’re looking for a more comprehensive approach.

Common reasons patients reach out include:

    • pain with sex

    • pelvic pain or tension

    • low libido or changes in arousal

    • bladder symptoms or “UTI-like” symptoms

    • perimenopause or menopause concerns

    • vulvar pain, vaginismus, or vestibulodynia

Many of our patients have seen multiple providers and are still looking for clear answers and a coordinated plan.

  • You won’t be rushed.

This is a space where your full story is heard. Kathy combines clinical expertise with a whole-person approach to help you understand what’s actually driving your symptoms.

    Together, you will:

    • connect the dots between pelvic health, hormones, and sexual health

    • understand what’s contributing to your symptoms

    • create a clear, personalized treatment plan

  • Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation.

We review your full history and identify what’s contributing to your symptoms across pelvic health, hormones, and sexual health.

    You will leave with:

    • a clear understanding of what’s going on

    • a personalized plan

    • specific next steps

  • We are an out-of-network, self-pay practice.

    • Initial visit (55 minutes): $600

    • Follow up visit (55 minutes): $600

    • Follow visit (25 minutes): $350

After your visit, we provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Many patients find that having a clear plan early on saves time, money, and frustration compared to trying multiple approaches without guidance.

  • We do not bill insurance directly.

You will receive a superbill that you can submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. You may also be able to use HSA/FSA funds.
