You deserve care that actually connects the dots.
Pain with sex. Pelvic or vulvar pain. Hormone changes. These symptoms are often treated separately.
I treat them together.
Hi, I’m Kathy Kates, NP — pelvic, hormone, and sexual health specialist.
You may have been told everything is “normal” —but you’re still dealing with the same symptoms—and you’re not imagining it.
Pelvic, hormone, and sexual health are deeply connected—and your care should be too.
I’ve lived this, studied it, and built a practice that evaluates all three together, so your symptoms finally make sense—and you can feel like yourself again.
This is where we figure out what’s actually causing your symptoms—and treat it directly.
How I Can Help
Start here—based on what you’re experiencing:

What I actually do
Most patients need a combination of:
Treating vaginal and vulvar tissue directly using the two key hormones your tissue depends on: estrogen and testosterone
Pelvic pain treatment at the level of the muscles —using suppositories that act directly on the pelvic floor—without whole-body side effects
Hormone therapy when appropriate (estrogen, progesterone, and sometimes testosterone)
Treatment for sexual symptoms to reduce pain with sex, pain with orgasm, and low libido
Advanced treatments when needed including vaginal Botox injections when pelvic floor muscles remain tight
Your treatment plan is built around what is actually causing your symptoms.
Why This Works
Most patients I see have:
seen multiple providers
tried multiple treatments
and are still in pain
Because these symptoms are connected—but rarely treated that way.
I look at:
vaginal tissue health
pelvic floor muscle function
hormones
And then we take one clear next step—so you can start feeling better.
What’s often missing
Most care treats:
hormones
pelvic floor muscles
or pain
separately
But your symptoms don’t exist separately.
That’s why you’re still dealing with the same symptoms
How it works
We start with a comprehensive visit
We identify what’s actually causing your symptoms
You leave with a clear, step-by-step plan
No guessing. No being told “everything looks normal.”
